Background:
Craig discovered his love for House music early on, when the innovative Chicago sounds infiltrated Glasgow back in the late Eighties. This introduction to House music changed his life, and he has embraced electronic soul music wholeheartedly ever since. Not restricting himself to particular genres, his debut release as artist 'DENORD' on London/San Francisco Label Get Groovy was co-produced with massive UK Garage artists B15-Project's, Angus Campbell. This EP has acclaimed great reviews from Musik Magazine's Dave Mothersole, Carl Cox, Mr C, DJ Yousef, Harri, Kenny Hawkes, Andrew Weatherall, Craig Richards, Richard Summerhayes and Swayzak.
His love for dance music is expressed through his artistic and skilful DJing. Craig has performed in London's most prestigious, trendy night-clubs and Lounge bars. He hosts an incredible Friday night residency at London's Zeta Club @ Hilton, which he has held for more than 2 years. Craig has headlined events in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool & London, including Notting Hill Gate Carnival festival in the blissful surroundings of Beach Blanket Babylon. He played along side the gorgeous garage goddess DJ Miss Jools and has went down as a legendary event amongst the locals. Craig has performed in all types of venues, festivals and parties, to slamming crowds in the big rooms alongside the likes of Carl Cox, Billy Nasty, Swayzak, Craig Richards and many others. On a few occasions he has played special events for Sony Playstation.
Winner of the Musik Magazine's Bedroom Bedlam competition at the end of 1999 with his smooth dynamic deep house mix, he also appeared on Galaxy FM's BB show in the same year. Craig is a co-founder of the company, Nice promotions; renowned for bringing together talented artists, musicians from all over the country for special events with that deep funky appeal. Craig is preparing to work with a new organisation, MAP which has captured the global Deep House scene of UK, Europe and Australia. MAP founder Mr. Bee has described Craig's talent as awe-inspiring and in essence spiritual. Craig continues to push the envelope for the positive promotion of DeepHouse music worldwide.
